As drone technology becomes widely available, there are increasingly more incidents related to their unauthorized use for purposes that violate privacy and public peace. The aim of this article is to present a Polish court case that concluded with a judgment of the Supreme Court. In addition, the author analyses the issues of criminal liability for drone harassment.
