This report provides an overview of the Ninth Shanghai International Air Law Forum, which was held at the Jin Jiang Hotel, Shanghai, China, on 15 October 2024. The Forum focused on the theme of ‘A Decade of Joining-Hands, Pilotage for the Future’, celebrating the tenth anniversary of the Shanghai International Aviation Court of Arbitration (SIACA) and the first anniversary of the Air Silk Road Investment and Trade Dispute Resolution Centre (ASR ITDRC). This report consolidates the activities, keynote addresses and panel discussions from the Forum, highlighting SIACA’s achievements in the past ten years and the newly-published ten typical cases of SIACA and ASR ITDRC.
