A Luncheon Meeting of the Institute was held at the Connaught Rooms, London, W.C.2, on Thursday, 22nd June, 1967, when Mr. L. S. Wheeler gave his inaugural address as President, entitled "Education, Elucidation and Expansion."

Mr. S. W. G. Morion, F.I.C.S., the retiring President, was in the Chair.
