Readers will have been aware of the constant watch we have kept recently on the progress of arbitration in India, which appears to be undergoing a dramatic development. In July, an arbitration service agreement between the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the London Chamber of Commerce, was concluded and during his visit to sign the agreement, Mr. G.
