This part of this article discusses the grounds for setting aside or refusing enforcement of arbitral awards under the Hong Kong Arbitration Ordinance (Cap 609), emphasising the importance of observing law and practice during the entire arbitration process. Part 1 of the article, which was published in the April 2014 issue of Asian DR,1 discussed the legal nature and effect of different types of arbitral awards.
