This article considers the possibilities for persuading the global financial services sector to make arbitration its primary dispute resolution process of choice in preference to litigation. This is done by reference to a comparison between dispute resolution initiatives by, on the one hand, international financial and arbitral institutions and, on the other, specialist courts.
