This article reviews the Prague Rules on the Efficient Conduct of Proceedings in International Arbitration 2018, explaining their underlying intentions, how they relate to and differ from the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration 2010 in certain respects, how they mirror certain provisions in the CIETAC Arbitration Rules 2015 and what the prospects might be for their use in future arbitrations.
