This article discusses (1) important changes made to arbitration in Mongolia by the Revised Arbitration Law of 2017, which adopted the 2006 version of the UNCITRAL Model Law together with several additional provisions, and (2) key cases decided under the 2017 Law by Mongolia’s Court of Civil Appeals in 2018.
