This article discusses and examines the impact of changes on the law and practice of arbitration in Dubai brought about by the restructuring of the Emirate’s arbitral framework in 2021, pursuant to Dubai Decree No 34 of 2021 and its appended Statute of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
