This article discusses a newly promulgated Notice of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China which deals with (inter alia) a number of arbitration-related issues. These include foreign related arbitration agreements, challenges to foreign related arbitral awards, challenges to the enforcement of awards made overseas and the jurisdiction of particular levels of court over particular types of application.
