This article discusses how choice of law problems are resolved in international arbitrations taking place in Thailand, especially arbitrations conducted under the ICC Rules of Arbitration. It is based on a paper presented at the bi-monthly Dinner Talk of ICC Thailand held at the Bangkok Pan Pacific Hotel on 21 June 2006.
