As COVID-19 restrictions have lifted, technologies introduced as necessities continue frequently to be adopted by preference and best practices in the use of these technologies have been developed. Looking to the future, the benefit to the environment of the adoption and deployment of these technologies is measurable and is finding global support. However, although the opportunity to overcome the inadequacies of traditional dispute resolution has been demonstrated, it appears that there has only been incremental change.
