Delivery of the item in a contract of sale is an important obligation which should be fulfilled by the seller. The rules which regulate this obligation in Jordanian Law do not touch on the issue of delivery of an electronic product (such as epictures, e-programs, e-files, films, movies, music, games and others), which come from the electronic contract. However, this issue is regulated indirectly in some provisions in the Jordanian Electronic Transaction Law (JETL).( Jordanian Electronic Transaction Law, 2015 (Act No. 15 of 2015).) This Article is assigned to disclose these indirect rules and to discuss the extent of appropriateness of them to regulate all aspects of delivery of the electronic products.
