This article examines the broad implications of the fast-tracked approval of the EU (Future Relationship) Bill, otherwise known as the EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (EUTCA). It raises questions and the new potentials for the UK’s trade and services relationships with the EU, and further asks how and to what extent businesses could prepare for this potentially new normal.
