Arbitration developments on the European plane have continued in many dimensions throughout 2024, including via: legislation and policy change; jurisprudence from arbitral tribunals and international and domestic courts; and the ongoing pursuit of net zero. While uncertainty remains in many respects, eye-catching developments can be expected to continue.
