This article tries to outline the most important changes in legal Labour Law introduced or planned by the new government of the Social-democrats and the Greens. However, it is not confined to labour legislation but also gives an overview on recent tendencies of collective bargaining. Finally, the article tries to identify in a comparative perspective some philosophical landmarks which could be behind all these new trends and directions.
