Los Tribunales organizados bajo el reglamento del Centro Internacional de Arreglo de Diferencias Relativas a Inversiones (CIADI/ICSID) han reconocido su derecho a emitir ordenes de seguridad para los costes del arbitraje, pero hasta la fecha, ninguno lo ha hecho. El presente artículo analiza el marco de los casos decididos e intenta presentar las variables y hechos que los tribunales analizan a la hora de decidir sobre tal orden.
