The judgment, which is subject of this article, analyses an interesting case in which one of our members had the opportunity to participate as an Arbitrator. The case focuses on finding what happens when a consumer (in the case we are dealing with right now, a Community of Owners), decides to submit the dispute to an institutional arbitration (for instance, Madrid Chamber of Commerce), from the beginning and once the conflict has arisen, in order to settle his conflicts with a supplier by objecting the claim and even making a counterclaim later on.
