This paper presents an analysis of the situation caused by Covid-19 and to what extent an online hearing complies with the requirements of due process. For this, the relevant provisions and principles established in international arbitration and in electronic commerce law are analyzed in their accommodation to virtual hearings. Our conclusion is that due process is respected in an online hearing as evidenced by the case law in this area
