RESUMO: Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir as recentes modificações com relação às regras de arbitragem do Instituto Alemão de Arbitragem (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit – DIS), em vigor a partir de março de 2018.
