Abstract

Natural justice signifies fairness in the procedure. It casts a duty on the court and tribunal to ensure fair hearing and to proceed without bias. Principles of natural justice creates confidence among people in the legal system and is crucial for the judicial system of any jurisdiction. 

The author has discussed applicability of natural justice and its importance to Alternate Dispute Resolution process in the article.
