ABSTRACT: Arbitral jurisprudence, whether from court or arbitral institutions, is still far from the desirable level of disclosure. Arbitral Institutions have an essential role in the development of arbitral jurisprudence. Practices of main arbitral institutions must be known, analysed and compared, in order to reckon which best practices should be adopted by those institutions.
